Come down to Chesterton Rec to hear Soham Comrades Band!
One of the city’s favourite summer traditions makes a welcome return celebrating the season in musical style in some of Cambridge’s beautiful green open spaces.
Delicious refreshments will be available to buy from NapolEat Pizza and Cambridge favourite, Jack’s Gelato!
There are a limited number of seats available and toilets will be provided for the event.
People are encouraged to pack a picnic, grab a blanket and bring a chair to enjoy an afternoon of free music as Cambridge’s open spaces once again are filled with symphonies, songs and sound. A small number of chairs are available, if you’re not able to bring your own, and portable toilets are available on-site. Please ask a steward on-site if you need assistance.
Soham Comrades Band
Based near the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk borders, Soham Comrades Brass Band is a friendly and ambitious second section band that competes in the London and Southern Counties area.. The band plays at a range of contests and receives recognition for their performances by their contest placings and results. In addition to contests, the band puts on concert performances
